As a single mother who lives 30 miles from the studio it's impossible for me to get there but I took this class in January and February of this year. There is no one more motivating than Julia. Look out Jilian from the original biggest loser - Julia could replace you any day of the week.

Anyone interested in taking this class but thinking they can't do it- if I can YOU CAN! It's worth every cent! I miss the class and hope someday to work it out where I can come back. Until then - keep kicking those butts Julia!

First Day, HA!!!

"FABOO" First Day! I hope everyone had fun. You all did great! YEAH!!!

Please let me know how you're doing. Feel free to call on me for advice. I'm always available to you. 828-5385

It's 3:00pm right now. You should have eaten at least 4 times by now. Right???
If you want the best results, you have to pay attention to your eating. You should not be starving yourself. Every 3 hours eat something good. Whole fresh foods are best. If you are eating something out of a package, look for hidden sugars. Sugar is the enemy. Good quality proteins will give you nice lean muscle. Complex carbs wil give you the energy you need. Sweet potato, brown rice and beans, yummy :-) And don't forget your water. Dehydration will slow your metabolism way down. Drink up, a gallon of water a day!
I'm looking forward to day 2 with the full boot campers. Chest and Back are the muscle groups of the day.
Mini boot campers get ready for your Day One! We'll work your entire upper body tomorrow. :-)

Thanks again to all of you for training with me. We're off to a great start. Get ready to be better!
See you tomorrow
Eat Well

Day 2 of boot camp number 18 ... but who's counting!

Leaner..meaner (not really, but it's such a good rhyme) ..stronger.. healthier..happier..
and best of all YOUNGER than when I started a year and a half ago. 55 going on..
let's say.. 42 :)

Apparently, it is Hotel Calif... you check in but you can't leave.
IT HURTS TOO GOOD !

Thanks Julia ..nobody does it better!

Julia,
I've learned better coping skills to live a healthy life and bootcamp has been my NUMBER 1 HELPER. Eating properly and daily workout regiments makes me feel better. Bootcamp has certainly helped me to get my life in perspective.

Thanks Julia.......You have helped me to regain my confidence.

You are Faboo !

Anyone interested in putting a Triathlon Training group with Julias oversite? I have done Triathlons for 25 years and trained alone 99% of those years. Being a every other month Boot Camper for the last couple of years has been so fun. I would love to have a group. I"m not that fast either. Let me know if you are intrested at all and I'll go to Julia to discuss once we see the interest level.

I just want to make use of the damn blog.

Thanks to you (and Steve Madden shoes) I finally have boots that fit my
legs. You should get some "over the knee" trooper boots and get rid of
that knee brace! You could at least limp or something after surgery.

You prove that being in great shape makes every thing heal easier.
Rock on.
